Sunday was mainly on the road, driving from Coolum Beach north to 1770 Township, On the way we saw our first kangaroos but there was no chance of a photo. 1770 Township was Captain Cook's second landfall after Botany Bay. This was a a trip of 398 kilometers and no prisoners were taken. It was hard work keeping up with our host in his rocket propelled camper van. The rest of the day was spent in recuperation. We had a very nice cabin with all mod cons and a resident kookaburra (on the outside).
